About

Hello cooking world! My name is Tracy – a real person with a real job at Versonel. Although I have many responsibilities, doing marketing stuff like this is my favorite task. I am also a real mom and a real owner and user of the Versonel Touch Screen Air Fryer. This little machine has come to the rescue a few times – with a hungry family and working full time, it is my new best friend in the kitchen!

OH! Add to that the awesome new Versonel Pressure Cooker – my other new best friend. I will have them battle it out from time to time to see which one will gain placement that week in my itty bitty kitchen. Stay tuned! 🙂

So here it is – my blog of recipes that I personally have made and enjoyed. Leave comments. Share your recipes. Buy an air fryer HERE. You will thank me!

  1. How do you change the pressure level on the electric pressure cooker? And what exactly does more normal or less texture mean? Does that have to do with the pressure?

    Thank you!

    1. Hello Zoe!
Yes! The texture button has to do with pressure – most foods are cooked at normal or standard pressure, but you can lower or raise the pressure by using the texture button than the + / – button to adjust. I hope this helps!
