Hello cooking world! My name is Tracy – a real person with a real job at Versonel. Although I have many responsibilities, doing marketing stuff like this is my favorite task. I am also a real mom and a real owner and user of the Versonel Touch Screen Air Fryer. This little machine has come to the rescue a few times – with a hungry family and working full time, it is my new best friend in the kitchen!

How do you change the pressure level on the electric pressure cooker? And what exactly does more normal or less texture mean? Does that have to do with the pressure?

Yes! The texture button has to do with pressure – most foods are cooked at normal or standard pressure, but you can lower or raise the pressure by using the texture button than the + / – button to adjust. I hope this helps!
